I was HU at a 215 and got 815 back sooo I think they give you the rakeback. What would be interesting is if a rakeback affiliate would get rakeback on these tournies as well.

I dont know what happens, but I do know what SHOULD happen.

Why should we pay them in full for a game that they failed to opperate in full.

The prize pool is none of their concern really. Of course we get that back. Party certainly cant keep any of it. It was never theirs to have in the first place. Only the rake is in question at all, and why should we pay them when they [censored] up.

The rake of the remaining players should be returned in full to each player. Party can keep the rake from the people who lost. Those people got everything they paid for.

I guess they can do what they want to. We have the choice to play there and accept it or not. Party should be careful, because they will lose everything in the long run to a better site eventualy.

I just got an email from empire...only from the one tourney so far. Nothing from the other 2.
