Two hands i really feel i might've messed up, and would appreciate any comments. I hate nothing more than showing this kind of weakness...
Both tables are pretty usual 2/4-tables, tightish players with flops seen-% around 25%-30%. Either one of villains hasn't been involving in pots too much, that's all info i've got. Hand 1. Stack's involved: Hero(~900€) Villain(~300€) Two limpers to hero in LP who makes it 20 with red KK. Villain calls from utg+1, others fold. Flop(Pot ~50) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Villain bets 30€ hero raises to 80€ Villain raises to 150€, leaving himself with a bit over 100€. Hero...folds. Hand 2. Stacks involved: Hero(~450€) Villain(~400€) Villain limps from utg+1, all folds to hero in MP who makes it 20 with black TT. Only villain calls. Flop(Pot ~45); 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Villain checks, hero bets 30€, villain calls Turn (Pot ~105) 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Villain checks, hero bets 75€, villain raises to 150€ (Leaves him with ~200€) Hero uses his time bank and...folds I know there's a decent chance that i was behind in both of those hands but i just really hate folding overpairs. Anything i could've done differently? All comments greatly appreciated. Thanks, guys. Saku |
