fold preflop against this player i'd say.

post flop, i don't hate taking the TAG line, but alot of the time 1 of 2 things is going on here. 1. you have him reverse dominated where he's drawing to 3 outs, or 2. you have at most 5 outs but more likely an average of 3.5 outs - therefore it's often a WA/WB scenario and so i just call the flop and turn.

on the river, depending on the board, i'm probably folding to a river bet a fair amount of time against this player if i haven't improved.

the way you played it, the turn is an easy fold.
