how could you do anythign but call this river? if you were to fold, should have on the turn, unless you have a specific read that he would not bluff fire a third barrel on the river.

I would 3-bet this flop quite often. I might also C/R the turn. Against unknown villain, I will most likely stick with a flop 3-bet. I doubt I would fold when I got to the river and no more scary cards had come.

good catch on the K high flush draw. i still call the river, barring a significant read. 6.6-1 seems like +EV pot odds.

What if the turncard was a 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] instead of a 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], and a heart fell on the river. Would this be an easy rivercall vs. an unknown?

His range on the flop is probably a a bunch of J's, a few T's, maybe a PP like 88, and a FD or Str8D. The FD and one str8D got there but he have a redraw. I don't anything that beats us is folding on the turn so just a call is good.

One the river, I don't think he is bluffing (I think it takes a real gem of a LAG to raise flop, bet turn, bet river as a bluff), so he has some type of hand. A worse T or medium PP probably is checking behind on the river here, so I don't think we can call the river getting less than 8:1.
