This is a tourny dude - you can't be worrying about flushes, particularly with all the clubs you got in your hand.

He is clearly on a busted low draw. You MUST bet here and hope that he calls with a busted low and two pair. In this particular hand, i didn't matter because he likely would have folded, but don't make this mistake again!

A big multiway pot will just ensure someone has a low. You want to raise to try and thin the field so that you have a better chance of scooping.
