Default Folded to you in small blind.. raise with?

I'm just about breakeven on Steal opportunities from the SB. When I look at my raising hands from PT there's not a lot of logic apparent there.

It's opponent dependent of course, but what are peoples lower limits for raising from SB when folded around to you? What factors impact you choices?

I worry that i allow my mood to dictate when I raise from the SB far too much. Happy and outgoing means more raising. getting beaten up and outdrawn.. more calling/folding.
