Mandatory turn bet. I think river is hard. He suspects you don't have an ace, so he could be check raising with a queen or high jack. I don't think you should fold, but maybe I'm wrong.

Since he's fairly passive and a turn bluff checkraise seems unlikley, just bet the turn and fold if raised. Giving a free card to induce a bluff isn't a good idea here, there are 2 flush draws and a broadway gutshot.
