pay out dates?
My Empire affiliates rakeback pay outs have been sporadic at best. So far during the 8 months I have been with him he has paid on the 6th X2, 8th x2, 10th x2, 16th x1, 17th x1. Is this normal?

Affiliates have to wait for the poker rooms to pay them (some pay out with their own money, but IMO that is a risk to them and their players) then lets not forget that some have upwards of 500 players. I am sure some sites are more proficient than others, but having a 7 days payout span doesn't seem all that unusual.
