Re: Schedule for those who play online for a living?
I think it is much better to set goals than to set schedules. At the beginning of the month I decide what I want to accomplish (October is 1000 - $55 SNG's and 20K ring hands), then I use Excel to set up a graph and update it during the month.
As others have said - playing 9 to 5 is a quick way to be delivering pizzas. |

Re: Schedule for those who play online for a living?
I play semi-professionally 5/10 SH (i.e. it's my sole source of income but I'm in school), four tables at once. I tend to have the best results (decision-making, not money-wise) in 2-hour stretches, but I have played up to 6-8 hours at once if I need to get the hands in. I play about 15 hours a week, maybe 3-4 hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The games are best on the weekends anyways so I concentrate my play mostly around there.

A comfortable rut is the key.
I go fishing damn near every AM. After that, who cares?

Re: Schedule for those who play online for a living?
As far as I have seen about high limit pros, they play when they feel like it; and then they might play a lot, from half a day to a week and up to few months. For other people the schedule will be very helpful as it kind of does the job all by itself.
