Need an Avator

Yes mine is dumb. I have done google serches and come up with more lame avators. Anyone know of a good site for cool animated avators? Then maybe also be so kind to tell me how I use it as my own. I have found a couple cool ones buy it won't let me copy the URL to use it. I guess I have to download it and then what....
