Final Pot: 10.25 BB

Uhg. I have lots of problems with this hand. Reraise preflop? Fold preflop? I feel like if I were a better player, I would fold the turn, but I always want to look people up. On the river there is almost nothing I can beat, but my FRB is way too high, and I am trying to call a bit more there.

I think this hand is fine, until the river, which is a fold.

These hands I experience constantly at 10/20. You played it fine. These hands will never be easy.. the turn is easy, but you can't fold.

The river is REALLY ugly, but I can't fold it. Folding is probably correct, but once you get there... I know how it feels.

I'd probably lead the flop and 3-bet a raise. If capped Id fold the turn unimproved. why are you trying to call more in these situations? I think overall this would be -EV, and would need to be very read-dependent.

Can someone explain why folding the turn is bad?

Our T and A outs are probably clean.

OK I read the post and the replies, now I'm curious to find out what he raised with UTG. I'd have to put him on JJ or KQ the way the betting played out. UTG didn't mind the check-raise, so I assume he had TP beat or a draw that could beat top pair. He bet right into it after the Q hit, so it looks like either TP was beat on the flop or the Q made his hand. Am I right or was UTG just playing the hand as a maniac?
