Default Please evaluate my stats 5/10 (6 max)

14,000 hands at 5/10 (6 max) and wondering if anything stands out...

VPIP 19.11
PFR 15

W$WSF 46.56%
WTSD 30.56 (30-32 is how I always am at every level)
W$SD 59.06 (56-59 is how I always am...fold too much?)

Attn. Steal Blinds 26.46

Aggression Factor (Including PF numbers):

PF 2.35
F 3.06
T 1.93
R 1.61
Total: 2.33 (Should this be over 3?)

Fold to R bet 39.54%

VPIP SB 24.28
Folded SB to steal 83.4
BB 71.57
Folded BB to steal HU 66.31%

My biggest struggle at 5/10 is identifying the turn raise bluffs and calling down at the right times compared to folding to the raise.

FWIW, I try to post hands but I don't seem to get many responses; I think part of that is that I'm not posting hands you all are interested in, and part of that is that I'm not posting enough on the forum. I don't post regularly b/c I have a full time job outside of trying to play 30 hours a week of poker, plus most hands posted are either standard or ones that require more insight than I can offer at this time.

Thanks for all the help,
M

This is a summary of what everyone else will tell you:

You are way too tight in every area.

You don't:
-Play enough hands
-Steal enough blinds
-Defend your big blind enough
-Go to showdown enough

With how tight you're playing, I expect your AF should be much higher (lower VPIP->higher AF).

u should be able to loosen up limping in the sb a lot. Do more defending the bb, stealing, and getting to showdown. if in doubt call down.

Can you guys give me some concrete numbers for loosening up; it would give me a better idea of what you mean.

FWIW, I'm starting out tight in 6 max until I'm comfortable, and then I plan on expanding the number of hands I play in certain situations.

I'm 33 vpip sb, 25/18, defend bb 51, steal 36, wtsd 34. maybe not perfect, but it works for me.

My BB/100 in SB is -.08 and in the BB is -.17. Is that about right?

Thanks a lot for the input...I saw a stat post from a long term 2 BB/100 winner at 5/10 (before new rake structure) and he had:

VPIP: 18.4
PFR: 13
VPSB: 24.74
BB: 68.78
W$WSF: 40.58
WTSD: 34.32
W$SD: 52.74

I know that's also really tight but it seems it can be a winning strategy.
