Default UB Support

i cashed out a little over $2000 from UB about 10 days ago. i got the email saying the cashout was successful but the funds never showed up in my neteller account. i've sent 3 emails over the past week and have not yet recieved a single response.

does anyone have a phone number i can contact UB with? or an email address that someone might actually read and reply to? this is getting pretty ridiculous...

wow. this doesnt sound like UB. perhaps they are swamped with the mass exodus of players who refuse to play the revamped bonus clearing requirements. sorry, cant help.

I've cashed out since, no problem. Had my share of pain dealing with CS, but they always get back to me. Well, almost always. After several e-mails I would be worried.

Try emailing the cashier, or through the cashier link from
the support page. Cashier always gets right back to you.

ive tried filling out the customer support form, emailing cashier@ultimatebet.com, and memberservices@ultimatebet.com. no response.

u might oughta check to make sure their replies aren't going to a spam box. that doesn't explain why the money hasn't shown up yet tho.
