UB Support
i cashed out a little over $2000 from UB about 10 days ago. i got the email saying the cashout was successful but the funds never showed up in my neteller account. i've sent 3 emails over the past week and have not yet recieved a single response.
does anyone have a phone number i can contact UB with? or an email address that someone might actually read and reply to? this is getting pretty ridiculous... thanks |

wow. this doesnt sound like UB. perhaps they are swamped with the mass exodus of players who refuse to play the revamped bonus clearing requirements. sorry, cant help.

[/ QUOTE ] I've cashed out since, no problem. Had my share of pain dealing with CS, but they always get back to me. Well, almost always. After several e-mails I would be worried. Try emailing the cashier, or through the cashier link from the support page. Cashier always gets right back to you. |

ive tried filling out the customer support form, emailing cashier@ultimatebet.com, and memberservices@ultimatebet.com. no response.

u might oughta check to make sure their replies aren't going to a spam box. that doesn't explain why the money hasn't shown up yet tho.
