Default board pairs on river after slowplaying

i would like to know what everyone thinks of my play here. Just sat down at this table, in fact this was only my 8th hand so i have no real read on anyone. Im thinking that i should have raised the flop when the two clubs showed up even though preflop rasier would have probably reraised me anyway.

Goose thats a pretty loose pre flop call from the sb getting 4.5:1.5 and possibly playing this hand heads up and out of position. As played check/raise the flop and of course lead/3-bet the turn and bet/call the river.

I would usually fold this preflop.

I would probably bet/call the river too as there's a good chance AA/KK/QQ/Tx or even Jx check behind and I think you may get raised by another 9. If you had a good read you could bet/fold the river.

As played check/raise the flop

Good catch, a flop check/raise here is a must.

What are we acomplishing with a check raise?

For value? No?
To get rid of FD's? No?
To think the field?
To what?

Preflop is a fold,
Flop looks fine(As i cant think what a raise does)
Turn seems good.
River is read depednant but looks like he has atleast trips, As he bet the flop may be a FH so check/Call seems ok.

Want feed back from the guys though about the C/R on the flop.
