PT not loading NL hands

I've had PT for awile now and have had no trouble importing limit hands, but as I recently played NL, I got an error trying to import these hands. Here is the error message found in the error notepad file :"C:\Program Files\EmpirePoker\HandHistory\20050929\Table 36943 (6 max).txt : Unable to get the game level...$50 NL Texas Hold'em - " Do I have to change something in the HH manually for it to be able to import?

Try either the Computer Technical Help forum or the Pokertracker Forum. I haven't had any problems like this.

I've received the same error. Run the patch available at poker tracker web site, and It will work.

I think poker tracker is having trouble with the "no disconnect" protect label on some of the tables. I have been avoiding those for now and experience no problems. You may be able to edit the text in the file to be the same as the regular tables, but I am too lazy to try that.
