Different rules over at Prima?
Is this rule dependent on the site you play at, or do I just not understand it correctly? No hand converter, but you only have to look at 3 lines.
** Game ID 519484213 starting - 2005-09-29 22:26:41 ** Revolver [Hold 'em] (0.50|1.00 No Limit - Cash Game) Real Money ** Dealing cards to me: 4 of Clubs, 5 of Clubs... Flop not important ** Dealing the turn: 2 of Hearts HOLDEMKING30 checked I checked ibbotsoni bet - $10.00 HOLDEMKING30 went all-in - $10.10 I called - $10.10 ibbotsoni raised - $29.60 Isn't that not allowed because nobody raised at least 2x his bet? I'm kind of pissed about this because I wouldn't have called otherwise. I don't think a major poker site would have an error, so is it just like this at Prima or have I never understood this rule correctly? |

Re: Different rules over at Prima?
That is very messed up, but some sites are like that, and it's best to know which ones and to take advantage of it.
Example: some guy just got knocked down to his last $6.20 in the previous hand and on the next hand you get dealt AA in EP. (Say we got a $2 BB) Raise to $6, if he's in, he's pushing, now any callers behind him get to see you reraise with alot of dead money out there because the bettings still open. |
