You played the flop fine. Once you get to the turn, I like betting out rather than checkraising b/c you risk 1 bet instead of 2. Once he calls the c/r your river play is atrocious. You should bet out and hope to fold A high or check fold b/c you think your beat. Check calling is the worst river line IMHO

You know I was thinking about this hand for a bit, and its quite interesting. At first glance, I was like what are you crazy? nice spewing. But then I realized I play a few hands like this, and I can see ur mentality on the turn. Unfortunately on the turn, we dont know if this joker has 22, 44 pp over 55, A high or a spade draw. Against A high I think they USUALLY like to take this showdown and they are calling anyways, so checking is best against this hand. Against 22/44 check calling is obviously best, as they will surely fold the board. Against a spade draw, they are folding if bet to, but will easily take a shot here. So the only bad thing about calling the river, is against all those other pps above 5. And the K high flush draws that decided to take a shot, and now you split. So against an unknown limping range does he have a 55+ pp here often enough? NH imo. its close though and real fancy.

whatever, the pot is 2bbs on the turn after villain bets. why are we check/raising here with king high against a player who we know nothing about? this is FPS and a total spew imo.

Yeah, I agree this is pretty ugly. I kinda needed some independant observers to chastize me a bit. The thing I really don't like is trying to fight over the small pot. The river check/call is quite bad too.

If it matters... and it probably doesn't (but it is kinda fun)... I won the hand vs. the villian's 72 of spades.

This is an excellent point that some people just flat out don't seem to get. People see monsters in the closet, get paranoid, and think people are taking shots at them in totally normal blind defense situations. When the pot has 2BBs in it and you're up against a complete unknown, you don't have to go apeshit with king high. Really, you don't.
