if the guy plays a few too many hands, AQs is a possibility. and, depending on your image, he might put you on a wider range of hands here than AA or KK. I call and get it in on the turn, as he could have KK, be overplaying AQ or making a move with a pocket pair. pushing the flop lets him get away from AQ and KK, which, he probably can't do on most turn cards.

if he plays too many hands... what about the typical online donkey overplay flush draw....

I like your reasoning behind bet amount on flop. He is usually drawing thin here. However, if you're planning to fold to slightly over mini-c/r on flop, I'd pot flop. That way, he c/r commits him, i.e. less chance he's got air/draw.
