Default Bad beat or bad all-in call

Game 5 of a Paradise $10 SNG

I'm delt Ad6d in CO+1

Fold to guy to my immediate right who raises 20, I call, SB calls. Three see flop

Flop: [ Ac Ts 6s ]

MP bets 50, I raise 100, SB folds, MP raises back 900, I call.

He shows AQo

Turn is a friggen Q and I'm out.

Does everyone call this bet with non-top two pair? Or was it a bad all-in call?

Well since you got you money in when you were ahead he had 3 outs (more if he has a spade I guess) I can say it is a not bad call.
