PP 5/10 6 max - old PT hand - no read
CO opens, I 3-bet HU in the SB with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], he calls. flop 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] I bet, he raises. plan for the hand? my default play has been to call down here. |

You guys think an uknown or 'typical' player raises the flop then bets the turn and river with a worse hand often enough?
I wouldn't have thought so, but I honestly don't know. |

Re: very boring, common A-high situation with no reads
I call down typically, but this is the type of board that players love to attack the PFR with any PP and many A- or K- hi hands. It's one of those annoying he-knows-you-wont-fold-Ahi but does he know you know he knows you won't fold A-hi? If he's not thinking about your cards beyond "he missed PF i make him fold" then it's an easy call.

on this board i call down, and prefer to hit my cards on later streets.
