Default Raised preflop, raised flop, bet into on turn - what to do?

This was the first hand I had seen UTG+1 play and his second hand at the table, SB is very loose 90+/2

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $25 (10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

MP2 ($20.15)
MP3 ($35.15)
Hero ($46.10)
Button ($16.15)
SB ($35.30)
BB ($31.30)
UTG ($10.80)
UTG+1 ($14.75)
UTG+2 ($7.05)
MP1 ($12.55)

Preflop: Hero is CO with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.10.
1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls $0.25, 4 folds</font>, Hero raises to $1.25</font>, 1 fold</font>, SB (poster) calls $1.15, BB calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1.

Flop: ($5) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)</font>
SB checks, BB checks, UTG+1 bets $2</font>, Hero raises to $5</font>, SB calls $5, BB folds, UTG+1 calls $3.

Turn: ($20) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)</font>
SB checks, UTG+1 bets $3</font>, Hero folds, SB calls $3.

River: ($26) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)</font>
SB checks, UTG+1 calls $5.50 (All-In), SB calls $5.50.

Final Pot: $37

I was paranoid about lb's cold call on the flop and utg+1's lead into me after I raised him on the flop. It felt like he wanted me to stack him as he only had ~$5 left but it also reaks of trying to see the river cheap w/the flush draw. Any suggestions/comments on my line?

Thanks,

JC

I dont like raising pf with AJo. Why raise the flop if you fold for the $3 turn bet. A cold call from the sb could easily mean a draw.
