Default Two simple 10-20 hands

I've spent some time trying to learn NL, and it seems I've forgotten how to handle some standard situations.

First one. Common situation. Just sat down, no read, no stats. With the flop threebet, and turn follow-up, of course I feel I'm up against AJ. What do you guys need to _not_ go to showdown with this?

Preflop: Hero is BB with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP3 raises, 2 folds, SB calls, Hero calls.

Flop: (6 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, MP3 bets, SB calls, Hero raises, MP3 3-bets, SB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)

Second hand. No reads. I felt maybe I should have been able to extract more from thisone? Still, I dont like to get fancy with only one pair and no position.

Hand 1 - I'd normally bet the flop here and plan on seeing a showdown. The way you played it, I'd call down from there since I have no reads.

Hand 2 - Standard.

agreed, but I'd add for hand one that an ace on the turn or river would probably get me out of the hand, and if I ever see the ace of diamonds, I'm done for sure.
