a couple hands look a bit suspect, but when i play 10-20 and there is a major donk at the table, ill often try to isolate him at pretty much any cost if i have anything resembling a hand.

maybe one of these guys just pegged the other as an above describe donk and chose to target him by isolating and forcing any other hands out of the pots.

"Dear Tanya,

We thank you for reporting this to us.

Based on an earlier report by another player and the flag created by our system, the timing of which in fact coincided with the earlier report, we have checked and confirmed team play between the accounts through
collectively working to raise other players out of pots as a team. One of the players is hardly a week old on our site, and presently both these accounts have been closed with marginal balances in their accounts, given that they have lost most of what was deposited.

Given the evidence shown by our game records, we have proceeded to close the accounts and permanently bar them from the affected website.

We thank you for bringing this to our notice and, for helping us in our efforts to maintain the integrity of our games. The integrity of the games is of paramount importance to us, and we will not tolerate any cheating in our games.

If you need any clarifications, have any questions or concerns; please feel free to contact us. We will be more than glad to assist you.

Sincerely,
xxx"

I think its ridiculous that anyone would even doubt that they're colluding considering the evidence. Anyone who thinks these hands look remarkably normal has to be fooling themselves.

Several posters seem to think just that. I'm not that sure myself.

Ah, there we are. You would have been much better off contacting support first, but at least it was resolved.
