I'd choose between either pushing or only calling. A push seems theoretically the best, although I'd be tempted to just call if I thought that small stacks were weak and about to go out (it also depends on what play has occurred at the table in the previous hands). If I decide to only call and miss the flop, I'd mostly check/fold.
