goddamn asshat drives into pedestrians in front of Bally's/Paris, LV

I was always paranoid that something like that would happen - not that someone was going to go nuts and purposefully plow people down, but some sort of pedestrian accident. There are a lot of people walking down the strip and a lot of cars driving down it. There is no margin between the sidewalk and the road, so someone could trip into the street and get hit. Rails would be nice.
