With Hurricane Rita bearing down on more oil refineries I have the following questions.

No, I already barely drive.

Since I moved from my affordable, comfortable, spacious house in the midst of nowhere to my squalid apartment a couple blocks from the center of town, I also switched from driving 20k miles a year to about 2.6k, and almost all of that is out of town driving.

Won't hurt me. Sure, I live in a small apartment, but my car is essentially a curb ornament.
