Not aggressive enough? 3/6 6max

I'm finally beating 6-max but I think I'm still not value betting enough. What is a good aggression number for the 3/6 games? Am I too weak on the turn and river?

After 20k hands I'm at:
Flop.....2.91
Turn.....1.87
River....1.24

Total....2.13
