[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] There are 3 of you 2+2ers at almost every table i've tried to sit at. [/ QUOTE ] Enjoy it while you can. In a couple of months, there will be 4. In early 2006, there will be 5. [/ QUOTE ] [/ QUOTE ] This is awesome, and I can't believe I've never seen it used before. |

Maybe all of you should just post your user names so that you can avoid each other.

I hope you don't think you're serious [/ QUOTE ] Of course he is. The realtion between the number of hours played by good players versus the number of hours played by bad player will change. There will be more and more good players out there. Its way to easy to make money at poker today. Just as it is way to easy for the pokersites to make money. It will change. |

There are 3 of you 2+2ers at almost every table i've tried to sit at. [/ QUOTE ] There are not as many good ones as you might think. There are a ton with 2+2 type stats, but many of them are chronic overplayers, especially heads up. I suspect that they will probably improve or give up as time goes on, but maybe not--the ego of most poker players should never be underestimated. Here is a post I made last week specifically about these wannabe champions. Cartman |

Re: Hey you. Get out of 5/10SH
For all those who think it's getting tighter, let me say this.
I played mostly 5-10 6max during the second half of last year, then switched to NL for 5 months, then back to 5-10 6max in June. Of all the players that I had a decent number of hands against in my first 5-10 run, how many have I see in the last 3 months? 1 Peole move on, get a job, move up, bust out, etc....(except me of course, I'll be playing 5-10 as long as its reasonably profitable). |
