... didnt take long for them to respond to the fed hiking up the rate. Emigrant is now the highest savings rate in the country. Will ING and HSBC respond?

I'm sure ING will since they've been pretty consistant with raising their interest rates every time the Feds do though they've been slightly behind Emigrant. Not worth the trouble for me to switch though since I have very little money in my account as it is.

good catch.
Man that was easy to set up online took like 5 minutes. I now have accounts with ING Direct,HSBC and in probably 5 business days Emigrant. I opened my account with $10.00-hah I'm sure INGdirect will move rates up in the next week. |
