Re: Nut Flush Out of Position
I would just play this hand straight forward. Betting the turn and 3-betting a raise. Given your turn check you need to raise when he bets.

Re: Nut Flush Out of Position
i disagree... if he misclicked while attempting to bet a c/r will fold all but the 2nd, MAYBE 3rd nut flushes out there, a lot of the time. i'd donkbet the river and hope to be raised.

Re: Nut Flush Out of Position
Check/raising anywhere in this hand sucks. Bet/3-bet if given the chance.

[/ QUOTE ] You're right. I don't think we'll get raised often by donkbetting the river, but we'll certainly get more calls from confused opponents. A read could change it though. |

Re: Nut Flush Out of Position
well sure, i would love if he bet, 3 bet, but since he checked and saw a bet, im confused as to why he didnt raise, if not to try to force a river checkraise. although that was a pretty poor idea. on such a scary board the opponent wont usually bet here with much. just betting the river would be better. it would be beautiful if you would have gotten the turn checkraise in, bet the river and he called. then you would win 3 bets as opposed to one.
