I call. Yeah, he can have 79 or TT in the hole, but I think he can have a ton of other hands here too.
And what does seat 6 have to do with it?

(Note: I didn’t look further than 5th before posting this)

You shouldn’t be thinking in terms of whether or not your hand will hold up in these spots. It is quite unlikely that you will take this pot down with just aces – you are probably already behind to two pairs or better; even if you are still ahead, you’ll usually have to improve to win.
So – if you will usually have to improve anyway, it doesn’t really matter if seat 6 sticks around or not. Although you would rather see him fold since he is cutting into your equity (is that a phrase?), a) you can do nothing about it right now b) since he’s a lose player, he might have surprisingly little equity here c) if you are in fact badly beaten by seat 2, he’s simply giving you better odds.
I would be more concerned with seat 2 – but I still don’t think you can fold this in a 9 BB pot.
