One raised to 4 so I reraised to 16. 2 callers behind him then an all-in for 60 with me to act and the blinds behind me?

short stack all in is nothing to worry about. I push and make the people behind me sweat it.

Limping = weakness, with no reads.
30BB stack pushing with lots of money already in the pot does not mean AA (with no reads). It means AA-22, AK-AT, sometimes even KQ.
