Quads vs. a Royal IS arguably one of the biggest hands out there -- as is the straight flush vs. the Royal flush -- but they happen.

The biggest I've ever seen so far is when (in a *live game* for you online-poker-is-rigged-people) one guy flopped quads, another turned quads, and the third rivered his royal.
