You bet because people call with anything, Kx, Qx, 10x, 6x, Ax, 9 high, 22, 33, 44, 55, 77, 88, 99, etc.

I would, but its A LOT easier of a bet when in position due to the reasons stated in my earlier post.

Yes, I'd bet this, but I wouldn't bet a J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] river.

Many LAGs go for a c/r here (incorrectly).
I think about 90% of the passives bet this river when they have it, so I'd call a raise cuz even passives sometimes do strange things
