Default when to slow down? (10/20)

Villain is a 60/26/1.4 nut, but he can fold on the big streets. SB is LPP (57/7/0.3).

Raise the turn, right?

I think raising the turn and folding to a reraise is a good line. Get SB and UTG to fold or pay double for their straight draws.

Folding to a 3-bet from a guy like that in a giant pot with AA seems suboptimal here.

I dont play 10/20, but I dont think folding to a turn 3 bet is a good plan. You have tons of to beat the most likely holding of 2 Pair. And you pumped the pot with all that money you put while behind, so you have the odds.

Yes, raise the turn and call down if 3bet.

absolutely raise the turn and call down if 3 bet. Not raising here is very bad as you are against many opponents and have a very vulnerable hand.

I am sure I would probably auto 3 bet the flop when 3-4 tabling, but would anyone even consider flatcalling MP's flop raise and then pop him on a safe turn card to force SB to call two BB cold?

As it is, with SB so passive I would put him on at least a pair if not the OESD in order to bet out. Thus, for him to call 2 sb to win 15 will not be a mistake. Additionally, by three betting the flop you have sweetened the pot enough for it to be nearly correct for him to again call a raise on the turn with only a pair.
