I don't think I am getting adequate value for my solid hands. I am not complaining about taking the pot below uncontested, but the Table is full of loose limpers who have been making some loose call. Please let me know what you think about the bet below, All comments and advice is appreciated.

as for the hand i dont believe this is one u should really want a call with. if u r not getting value when u hit real hands, post some and maybe someone can help.
