Even against a min-raise, I don't like reraising AQs out of position. If I did, I would have raised to like $2-2.5. I think you can check fold here. I'm sure you have neither the best hand nor the best draw.

Don't reraise pre-flop, don't reraise so small if you do, and let it go on the flop. Drawing at ten outs, but the diamonds may not be good, the jack may even run into a KQ if you hit it...drop it, sir.
