Default Bad time for a (poorly?) executed semi-bluff

I think I have a read on villian. Is this a good time to semi-bluff?

Read on villian - a bit loose ~28-30 VP$IP. Very aggresive on the flop - Flop aggro 4.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

<font color="#C00000">Hero ($186.60)</font>
BB ($98.28)
UTG ($98.20)
UTG+1 ($152.80)
<font color="#C00000">UTG+2 ($75.36)</font>
MP1 ($206.50)
MP2 ($50.70)
MP3 ($192.75)
CO ($174)
Button ($290.96)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Hero posts a blind of $1.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG+2 calls $2, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, CO calls $2, Button calls $2, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($10) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(5 players)</font>
Hero checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 bets $10</font>, CO folds, Button folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $30</font>, BB folds, UTG+2 calls $63.36 (All-In), Hero calls $43.36.

I give villian credit for a weak K or weak Q, AT or AJ, KJ or KT. I discount AK/AQ given the limp.

I decide to represent KQ and reraise pot to chase the flush draw away. Given his stack size...this is a push regardless as I'm commited. Given that, I think I should have just pushed.

Bad time to semi-bluff? Should I pack the non-nut flush draw away and wait on better opportunities.

Turn: ($156.72) J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

River: ($156.72) 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players, 1 all-in)</font>

Final Pot: $156.72

I think I'm trying to make too many moves without enough skill to pull it off. Needless to say...my T high doesn't hold up.

don't semibluff in multiway pot with T high flush draw out of position.

horrible play without some type of combo draw...you need at least a pair+flushdraw or straight+flushdraw here...even just having a gutshot makes this much more +ev than not having one.
