Default Your ignorance is overwhelming, try research before you write

Civil RICO suits have been brought against all sorts of groups, affiliations, companies, partnerships, organizations that have NOTHING to do with organized crime as that phrase is commonly used.

Run a google search for RICO cases and you might get a clue as to what causes of action will lie. {You know, "predicate acts", multiple defendants, common enterprise that sort of detail ???)

When I hear this type of thing, it makes me happy that I live here in Europe, and not in the U.S. (Please don't flame me now Americans, there are lots of things I love about your country too).
