Your ignorance is overwhelming, try research before you write
Civil RICO suits have been brought against all sorts of groups, affiliations, companies, partnerships, organizations that have NOTHING to do with organized crime as that phrase is commonly used.
Run a google search for RICO cases and you might get a clue as to what causes of action will lie. {You know, "predicate acts", multiple defendants, common enterprise that sort of detail ???) Ted "Not Brain Dead" Geisel
