UTG is VERY aggressive has any 2, but if I fold shorty will most likely bust next hand.

I really don't call preflop here. I don't like the idea of calling to help shorty bust and enticing him.

Either way, no way you should fold TPTK on this flop.

But this is a fold for me with short stack as it is.

This really is a very easy fold and secure an ITM finish. If you all in and he calls you arnt really dominating any hands bar maybe A2 or A3. Calling you are gonna be folding every time when you miss the flop.
