I don't know how much 7.8 kg weighs, cause I only understand pounds, but I think it is a lot of brain. Whales are probably just so smart that we can't understand them. If they had thumbs, we'd be in trouble.

The fact is, some players are just bad. They may have decided to play after watching poker on tv, and decide that calling all in with KJo is ok on the 1st level because someone on tv did it and he's a top pro. Some players dont understand the gap concept and domination and will call with inferior hands like AT, AJ thinking about how they can make top pair on the flop and not for a moment considering that they can make top pair and lose. Some people might just have a lot of money and be goofing around and have no clue whether their play is correct or not, playing poker isnt that much different to them than other forms of entertainment such as other casino games, or even going to a movie. Others might desire to be good at poker, but just not have the experience yet to play well.

Anyways, thats what ive witnessed. I actually like this thread and think that its another step in trying to become a better player by trying to understand the thought process of these poor players.

I call them whales because i figure most people who play online poker like a drooling zombie have plenty of money to waste. I cant wait to move up, but I have to suffer through the 10s while I build up my bankroll. Today I adapted better to these early round raises by loosening up alittle.

It;s important to understand the typical person you play against at your particular limit. I wish I kept playing the same people as I take notes on these guys. I see them bet 80 when the bb is 20 and if it goes to a showdown or they show their cards I jot down what they raised with and so on until a pattern emerges.

I didnt mean to say I had any misanthropic feelings because of bad poker players. I just kind of meant the average person out there should be a little more mindful. Thats what these players lack is mindfullness.

I really am an alien. Theres a lot of aliens in human form. We have come to tell to stop pumping human waste into the ocean like they do in new york. This is killing the plankton and when the plankton die off so de we.

And poker is only important to me because it's my source of income. Im not a pro or anything but I only $100 a week to live and so I grind it out at the 10s. Hopefully i can save enough so I can start playing higher limits as I used to.

Also there are good players at the 10s at stars. The play seems to get better and better every year.

-have a nice night
