Ive got 14- 20+ traveling time to Las Vegas, (thats just 1 way)

Ive got the following books/articles, what do you rate as the must reads that will most improve my 6 max poker play at stakes $3/$6

Theory of Poker (Sklansky)
HPFAP (Sklansky)
Small stakes Holdem (Ed Miller)
Weighing the odds in holdem (by King Yao)
Interent Holdme Poker by M. Hilger
Printed Internet articles by Jason Pohl

Also Im only in Vegas for a few days, any must sees you recommend?

Live low limit is all about Miller's SSH.

Leaver the rest at home until you are over 10/20 live.
Actually I hear the Hilger book might be good too. Dunno.

Nevermind--you prob mean improve for later since i doubt you are playing 3/6 6max live in vegas...useless reply now--anyways have fun.

you havent read any of those before???

The only one of those that really deals with SH play is going to be the Pohl articles. I would read theory of poker definately tho, because its just fundamental. Then I would prolly read SSH, even tho it doesnt deal with SH play, it still has many many good concepts in it to digest

I meant reads to improve my 6max game at $3/$6 online.

Ive got all the books, but Ive mainly be working on my preflop game, which I think is harder than it sounds especially the blinds, as most advice in poker books is tight blinds play for full ring.

Now Im ready to focus much more on post flop play and general poker concepts.

Thanks

Alobar is one of the SH players who I look for in this forum, so now I have to read all the Pohl Aticles.
I have all the books you have listed.
For 3-6 6max
1)Weighing the odds he has about 20 pages for SH
2)HEPFAP (what you must realize chapter) if you play HU or three handed.

The others are good reads for full ring games.
my 1% of the max rake in party 3-6 6m.

LOL, that is almosty my exact reading list!!!

I also have Getting started in Holdem for the sections on Sit n Go, No Limit, and MTT. I am planning on getting the 2 Harrington books as well.

I would recommend the online articles, especially the ones about blind play...hard to digest it all, but it seems like good stuff.
