Stars $10 rebuy 120 plys remain,top 60 cash.
Sorry I dont have the hand history so I will post as much info as I can remember. I have an average stack of 55k, Villan has roughly the same. I read the villain as being one of your typical low buy in call stations i.e will call preflop with any Ax,probably Kxs or worse.Believes that hitting the flop will almost certainly put him ahead and will call with gutshots/flush draws regardless of pot odds. Oh he will also bet the minumum regardless of the size of the pot if he has a piece of it. I have been playing TAG but its highly unlikely he has noticed this. Blinds are 1/2K with a 100 ante. Folded to me,I raise in MP1 with KQs folded to villain in BB who flat calls. Pot = 14k Flop 246 rainbow. Villain leads out for 4K, I raise another 10K villain calls. Pot = 42k Both players have roughly 35k behind. turn is an offsuit 9, Villain checks Hero pushes/takes free card?? |

So your flat calling or folding to what could well be A3/A5 or a even K3/K5?

It's unwise to try and bluff a bad player. They have trouble laying it down if thay have any piece of it.
Wait until you have a hand and they will likely pay you off. |

Let me re-phrase this then,as it seems people are concentrating on the "don't bluff a call station" aspect and not really answering with overall hand analysis.
Remove the "Hero raises" line from the OP, so... Flop is rags, villian bets 4k into a 14K pot Hero??? |
