Portis torched the Bears on the ground last year, but didn't score. I just hate the Skins offense, and the Bears defense is healthy and very good. The Panthers are good on defense also, but IMO the Saints are better on O than the Skins. |

Miami's defense is terrrrrrible (Ranked 30th on rotowire.com). Pitts defense is ranked #4. I would definitely start Plummer here. I'm starting Lelie and Smith on the anticipation of a big day in the air against that weak defense.

[/ QUOTE ] I understand the theory, that Pittsburgh will drop to a prevent defense and McNair will be throwing often to catch up. I have difficulty applying that though, as in many cases once a team goes away from running the ball and throws it all day, they play into the defense's hand. I think that spells trouble against an opportunistic defense like the Steelers. And also in that scenario, with the Steelers ball control offense, McNair probably won't even see the field very often in the second half. I see a lot of 3-and-outs followed by 7 minute drives by the Steelers. |
