Default Perfectly played KK?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ Hero (6 max, 6 handed) converter

MP ($54.95)
CO ($50.67)
Button ($17.55)
SB ($197.48)
Hero ($51.95)
UTG ($46.25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG raises to $2, 2 folds, Button calls $2, SB (poster) calls $1.75, Hero calls $1.50.

Flop: ($8) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG bets $7, Button folds, SB folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $15

I thought it would be a good idea to see the flop before committing any raises. My KK would be hidden and I wouldn't have to take any heat in the BB if the ace flopped. Lo and behold, it did.

you have to raise this pf, and follow up on the ace flop, just because he raised doesnt mean he has an ace.

Reraise PF. Makes the hand much easier to play.

Lo and behold, flop comes 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7:diamond and you lose to 24[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] who got to see a cheap flop.

Lo and behold, flop comes A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and you check fold to QQ instead of taking a significant portion of his stack.

I guess so. I just had AA cracked 3x in a row for $80 loss after a big cashout. Playing kind of tight, trying to ride out the cashout curse.

raise from UTG=good hand, another way this could have played out is u reraised pf and guy who supposedly had the A drops then the guy UTG either calls or reraises you with a mid pocket pair, u take down a nice pot with the 2nd best hand in the game.
