Default OESFD push vs flop min-raise

Villain 1: LAG 36% VPIP/12% PFR/2.0 TAF after 100+ hands
Villain 2 (short stack): LAP 38% VPIP/10% PFR/0.7 TAF after 60+ hands
Hero: At this table, Hero was 12% VPIP/7% PFR/3.3 TAF over 180 hands (this hand was probably about half way through the session)

Is Hero's line OK, or would another line have been better considering Hero's position, Villain's stats (no other reads), stack sizes, and action up to this point where Hero goes all in. Anybody just fold to this small raise from UTG+1 with a hand that plays badly out of position like JTs? Preflop, UTG+1 was 17% VPIP / 6% PFR.

Hero's main objective with the big reraise to Villain 1's min-raise was to try and fold out Villain 1 if he only had a higher flush draw. Vs TPTK, Hero was a favoite as long as there are 2 cards remaining, so he might as well get it all in here. Vs a set or 2-pair, Hero would still have outs, including 2 killer outs to a straight flush.

Thanks.
