agree.

if he 3bets AQo he almost definitely 3bets 99 but he is less likely to c/r turn with 99 than with AQ

Not sure about this (and didn't even consider it during the hand). I don't think most players on 5/10 will be able to lay down any pocket pair in this situation even though my preflop cap says TT minimum.

So against a solid player, I like this play, but against this guy, I'm not really sure. I guess it depends on what 3-betting range you put him on.

Considering that I'm raising from the button, I would say there is some chance he would 3-bet 99 possibly 88 and AJs as well?
