Increase in PartyPoker Rake

Perhaps this has been covered elsewhere and i apologise if it has but ive just noticed that party has increased the cap on rake on its NL tables to $3 from $2. When did this happen? Didnt expect this from Party at all being the market leader and all that.

Has this been going on for sometime and ive not noticed it?
Or has it happened from today and no-ones told me about it? I play 200 and 400nl tables and the rake is def up to a maximum of THREE bucks now.
