I like old Cash. I also on occasion listen to the so called patriotic songs for a laugh.

obviously the old stuff is good...also, there are many decent, "alt country" bands out there that I find myself digging a lot.

I fall into the liking only older country music. Cash, Nelson, Jennings, etc. Pop country sucks, IMO.

Can't stand most country.
I like Johnny Cash, though, as most probably do. Also, I like a few "alt-country" bands like the Old 97s. |
