Your out of position, and probably up against a pocket pair. I like the smooth call here...hope to hit the flop and check raise. The reason I dont like the reraise here is because you are almost certainly going to get called therefore your fold equity is gone and again you are out of position.

It'd be hard for me to fold this...I'd flat-call as well, and hope you get one of those 30% flops, you can almost guarantee he's not on AA/KK....

I'd equate this to calling off less than 10% on a med/sm pair looking to set up.
